The guys did a good job of installing my windows and tried to keep the mess at a minimum (it was raining outside). They built a ‘bench’ to stand on so they didn’t trample my flowers. My only complaint was the person that did the caulking and used the drywall mud to cover up their errors. The caulking job was pretty bad (excess spread of the caulk, lots of gaps that I had to fill myself) so I had to repaint around every window and also repaint every windowsill. And the three or four patches were really bad! No effort to texturize and just big spreads of the mud. I had to use drywall sandpaper to get them level with the rest of the wall. And finally, I’ve had to go back to each window to rewatch and scape the adhesive that was on the windows.

My Sales Rep, Kevin was excellent, very detail oriented, we hae a few oddly shaped windows and they were by far and away better priced than Lowe's or Home Depot. We purchased 17 windows and had them installed. The installation went great, Mike was very friendly, and they cleaned up well and went through each window to make sure everything was functional. I am very happy with everything.. . I would recommend.

We have a 1951 home and needed new windows. We had 7 new windows put in by window world and it was the best experience. When you buy an old home and renovate you deal with alot of contractors and we have to say it was the best decision to hire window world. They came in and installed the windows in 4 hours and cleaned up and demonstrated how to use them, very professional and knowledgeable. Years later we called them again to do 3 more windows & we received the same service. And now a few later, just yesterday we finally finished the last of the house windows, they installed 5 windows and the service was just as easy. They come in straight to do what they are hired to do and very professional and friendly. And when we've had a chip on the glass they schedule to come to change the glass and again they come in and change in less than an hour and with no trouble. Great product and great service!
