We had 12 windows installed by Window World and they are great windows at a great price that is affordable. The new windows make our house stand out and they are energy sufficient and we can feel the house much cooler during these scorching temperatures. The office staff from Window World were very professional and courteous as well as the employees who installed the windows. We have had high compliments by our neighbors on how beautiful our windows look, especially the 2 picture windows in from of our home. I highly recommend Window World for replacement of windows at a great price. Thank you.

I’ve had all of my windows (9 windows) done by Window World and I could not be happier, from the quality of the windows, the installer and his team (Lucio Delgadillo) to the project manager, Randy, that listened to and honored my requests and concerns. The initial consultation was simple and easy to understand. Gabe Cortez was very accommodating to the vision I had in mind. The crew was punctual, professional, and took really good care of my home. I would highly recommend! My home looks beautiful, thank you Window World. 🏡

This is our second time using Window World RGV and had the best experience both times. Communication was clear and concise, were given updates, and our windows came in very quickly. Installers arrived early, finished the same day, and cleaned up all the after mess. We definitely recommend working with Window World because of their customer service and their products.

All I can say is that these guys are very good at what they do from the staff at the business office to the customer service, price quoter, and to the installers, (very quick installation, cleanup, & haul it away.) The windows are top notch and prices ara very reasonable compared to other window companies I've talk to. I rarely recommend something unless I know for sure that they will do a good job in which case this company does. Don't prolong your decision to install new windows because prices will probably go up pretty soon due to changing tariff laws, etc.

Window World provided exceptional service, starting with the in-house consultation with Kevin and continuing with the professional installation by Ricky and Sergio. I was impressed by how quickly they removed the old windows and installed the new ones. A few days later, Sergio S. completed the exterior trim, which exceeded my expectations. Overall, I highly recommend Window World for all your window and door needs.
