I was not familiar with this company and had already received estimates from the “big” name providers so was pleasantly surprised when Window World was able to find a budget-friendly option for us. Kevin spent the bulk of an afternoon going through a variety of alternatives and we settled on a patio door that checked all of my requirements. He knowledgeably answered my questions and subsequent phone calls with patience and care. Randy and the installation team were amazing - timely and professional. Communication was great throughout the entire project.

The prompt service we received was fantastic! The installers were professional and meticulous with their work. We had a very large window installed in our living room and it looks gorgeous, as do the other windows installed. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work and product Window World provides.

We took a leap of faith and had eight windows replaced with high impact windows from Window World. The whole process was a terrific experience. Mark first came out and helped us work through all the intricate details and gave us a thorough explanation of the process. Lucio then came out and took detailed measurements. We then waited for the windows to arrive. Once they arrived, Lucio and his crew did an excellent job of installing the new windows and made them look spectacular. I have to say Window World had their act together and kept in contact with us periodically throughout the whole process, so we knew exactly what we were waiting on. This experience was well worth the extra money and I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone who needs window replacements or upgrades.
